TUCSON RECEIVES J.D. POWER 2016 APEAL AWARD
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., July 27, 2016 – J.D. Power designated the 2016 Hyundai Tucson as its most appealing small SUV in the 2016 Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) StudySM. In its 21st year, the APEAL study examines owners’ emotional attachment and level of excitement across 77 attributes, ranging from the power they feel when they step on the gas to the sense of comfort and luxury they feel when climbing into the driver’s seat. Vehicles and their brands are measured on a 1,000-point scale.
HYUNDAI’S YOUTH FOOTBALL CAMP BRINGS KIDS CLOSER TO THE GAME THEY LOVE AND THEIR FAVORITE NFL STARS
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., July 14, 2016 – Hyundai Motor America, an official sponsor of the National Football League (NFL), is hosting five youth football camps in each of its five NFL team-sponsored cities this summer. The camps will take place this July in Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, Houston, Miami and Phoenix, offering kids a chance to train for the upcoming season with their favorite NFL team and players. Hyundai is inviting fans in each market to register their seven to 13-year-old children to participate in the youth camps, which will teach them youth-focused football drills.

HYUNDAI BLUE LINK CELEBRATES ITS FIFTH ANNIVERSARY
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., June 29, 2016 – Hyundai Blue Link® has handled more than 90,000,000 requests from customers since it launched just five years ago, with interactions increasing every year. In addition, subscribers remote started their Hyundai’s more than 22 million times and remotely locked the doors more than 2.5 million times. Hyundai’s cloud-based Blue Link platform allows features like remote start and service information to be quickly accessed through devices such as smartwatches and smartphones. From inside the car, Blue Link can search for destinations, schedule service and call for emergency assistance after a collision.
HYUNDAI MODELS EARN HIGH MARKS IN J.D. POWER INITIAL QUALITY STUDY
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., June 22, 2016 – Hyundai ranked third among all brands in the J.D. Power 2016 U.S. Initial Quality StudySM (IQS) and second among non-premium automakers in the study released today. Additionally, J.D. Power awarded both the Accent in the small car segment and Azera in the large car segment with the highest initial quality honors.
