FRANK FERRARA - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF CORPORATE PLANNING AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

 

Frank Ferrara is Executive Vice President of Corporate Planning and Customer Satisfaction for Hyundai Motor America.

Previously, Ferrara was Director of Parts at Hyundai. Prior to joining Hyundai in 1986, Mr. Ferrara was the Marketing Manager for ASC, Inc. in Los Angeles, California from 1985-1986. His responsibilities included planning, advertising and product development.

From 1983 to 1984 he was employed at Mid-States International in Lenexa, Kansas where he established a new car distributorship for Bertone/ Pininfarina vehicles.

Mr. Ferrara began his automotive career at Toyota Motor sales, USA in Torrance, California from 1973-1977 as Product Development Manager. In this position he developed new products from concept stage to merchandising of finished product including market research, sales forecasting and preparation of merchandising materials.

He also served at Toyota Industrial Trucks in Carson, California from 1977 to 1979 where he was National Manager responsible for all parts related activities for the dealer network.

Mr. Ferrara earned his bachelor of science degree in business management at Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and a member of the Business Administration Honor Society.

Ferrara resides with his wife and three children in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
