Frank Ferrara is Executive Vice President of Corporate Planning and Customer Satisfaction for Hyundai Motor America. He is responsible for company-wide business plans, the development and maintenance of a comprehensive brand strategy and customer satisfaction activities including service and parts operations.

Previously, Ferrara was Executive Vice President and Director of Service and Parts for Hyundai Motor America, responsible for all service and parts related activities for the dealer network.  Prior to joining Hyundai in 1986, Mr. Ferrara was the Marketing Manager for ASC, Inc. in Los Angeles, California and held a variety of automotive positions at companies including Toyota Motor Sales, Mid-States International, and Kubota Tractor.

Mr. Ferrara earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business management at Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of the Business Administration Honor Society.

Ferrara shares his time between Huntington Beach and Beaumont, California.
